I went in on a Sunday, called first to sceduql an appointment and was told they were only accepting walkins today, waited for over an hour because they were busy with people that had appointments. Showed the "stylest" my picture of what I wanted which was an undercut which she said was fine and then she tried 3 different attempts to draw the angles out and simply couldn't do it. The first time was closest but when I requested the angles to be wider she went from a triangle shape to a rainbow, then the third attempt was completely uneven and lopsided. I was told it was because "you have a narrower neck than the girl in the picture" and "you have more hair on one side than you do on the other". Absolutly unacceptable. Terrible experience. Walked out. (There was another client there who had returned to have a bad cut fixed, that should've been my first sign)
