I am not from around here and since relocating to the area a few years ago, my car never really needed any work (other than a battery, etc) So when it wouldn't start, I relied on Google reviews to find a place to have her towed. Unfortunately for me, it turned out that my engine had seized and the car was a loss, but the guys at Andy's were so helpful and kind during an incredibly stressful situation that I will take my "new" car there should it ever need repair. They were patient in allowing me a few days to arrange for a wrecker and even though there is a charge for diagnosing the car, they waived it. I expected to pay storage and the diagnoses fees, as they had every right to charge and collect them, but they gave me a break because they are good, honest people. While I can't speak yet to the kind of work they do, I have no doubt that it is quality work and I will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you Andy's Auto Repair for making my difficult situation a lot less stressful. (I also want to add, they were unaware of this but I am a single mother living solely on disability so having that extra bit of help and compassion went a long way.)
