This seems like a really great place unfortunately I am disabled and I can't predict how I feel from day-to-day because of a missed appointment they barred me from the practice forever. I understand their policy about giving 24 hours notice but sometimes life happens. Actually as I think about it now isn't that illegal due to the Americans with Disabilities Act. I am not sure. I offered to pay for the appointment it didn't matter.
