Ditto. Terrible experience. STAY AWAY! Work not done well the first time; 2 of 6 items had to be redone. When reworked, they lost one and delayed admitting it for months, offered to replace, sent incorrect replacement - still haven't resolved it. The bumper (their "specialty") was redone worse than original. They blamed the car and the install work (which they never saw) as the issue because "they did it to specification." Accountability and follow through have been a huge problem. Wish I'd seen Ross' post before I went there.
