ZERO STAR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO SERVICE. I'm on vacation and did not want to carry so much cash on myself. I made an atm cash deposit and the atm did not deposit my money nor did it return my cash deposit. Atm kept my deposit stating there was a hardware failure. I went inside to the branch office to notify the teller, Aman, what happened and the Aman said she could not check the atm until later stating she was the only one with access to the atm and the only teller in the bank at the moment so she could not leave her station. She said for me to leave my name and number and that she will call me once she balance the atm and if she finds my money, she will let me know. Wow. If??? She said for me to file a claim and handed me an 800 number to call. Note there were 2 other employees in sight. She basically passed me off. And their so-called amazing customer service, Rohanaka, expect her to ask you about the weather when you're worried about a large sum of cash that you just deposited is not accounted for. And the their claims department, won't even pick up the phone either. Been on hold for 40 minutes and counting as I'm writing this review.
